Northern Building Pty Ltd is a construction company based on the Northern Beaches, and although we were first established in 1993, our journey began in 1981, when we created a carpentry company specialising in restoration work. Our director, Manuel Talbert, has been in the building industry for over 45 years.

Northern Building’s headquarters in Manly Vale combines its manufacturing and office under one roof. Our construction company proudly employs core staff who not only live locally; they also enjoy long term employment with us and understand our processes in every project we undertake. This ensures quality workmanship and efficient administration of each project we deliver.

Additionally, Northern Building is an award-winning family-owned construction business, which specialises in solving construction problems. Our experience in building high-end residential, along with large commercial projects, has resulted in quality builds time and time again. We work locally, and this means our response time, combined with our base in Manly Vale, allows for dynamic efficiencies.

To ensure our clients receive the upmost attention and service, our larger new builds, alterations and additions projects are kept to two to three projects a year, and they extend to residential and commercial work.
